As President & CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority, she has helped shape Arizona into a national powerhouse for high-tech industries, manufacturing, and global investment. Sandra embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and resilience that define our heritage. Her leadership continues to open doors for future generations, making her a shining example of Italian American excellence and civic impact. Leonardo ‘Leo’ Zacchino – Chef & Owner, Tutti Santi
The Tomaso Maggiore Culinary Excellence Award.
Leonardo “Leo” Zacchino is the owner of Tutti Santi, a beloved Italian fine-dining restaurant in Scottsdale, who brought with him to America the experience of having owned a restaurant in his native San Remo, Italy. Since opening the first Tutti Santi location in 1996 and expanding to a second in 2000, Leo has become a local favorite, cultivating a warm, family-oriented atmosphere rooted in authentic Italian hospitality. His personal journey from Italy to Arizona not only shaped the restaurant’s authentic character but also made him a cherished figure in the Valley’s dining scene .
